Bellator 149: Shamrock vs. Gracie took place February 19, 2016 at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas. The event aired live in prime time on Spike TV.

The main card aired live on Showtime at 10p.m. EST. The main event featured the return of Kevin "Kimbo Slice" Ferguson as he took on UFC veteran David "Tank" Abbott, a match originally scheduled for October 2007 in Cage Fury Fighting Championships.

The card also featured the EliteXC debut of Internet brawler Kevin "Kimbo Slice" Ferguson, as well as welterweight stand-out Jake Shields.

The Ultimate Fighter 10 Finale was a mixed martial arts event that was held by the Ultimate Fighting Championship on December 5, 2009. Featured was the final from The Ultimate Fighter: Heavyweights in the Heavyweight division (Roy Nelson vs. Brendan Schuab), and a match up between Matt Hamill and Jon Jones.
