'Toon star Roger is worried that his wife Jessica is playing pattycake with someone else, so the studio hires detective Eddie Valiant to snoop on her. But the stakes are quickly raised when Marvin Acme is found dead and Roger is the prime suspect.

The film centers on nerd Maxwell Dweeb (Robert Carradine), who is a loner with no friends. While watching television, he sees an advertisement for the Minnie Mouse Center for the Totally Unhip, named after its owner, Minnie Mouse. Dweeb, in an effort to improve himself, decides to attend. After being welcomed by the director (Suzanne Somers), Dweeb is taken on a tour of the centre, where other Disney characters run various courses: Goofy is a fitness instructor, Donald Duck is a wardrobe manager, and Pluto is a messenger boy. After finally meeting Minnie Mouse, Dweeb is taken on by the director, whom he eventually falls in love with, and dates once he has passed his training. The film is intershot with various musical numbers (including the duet "Don't Go Breaking My Heart" by Minnie Mouse and Elton John) and excerpts from early Disney shorts.

Mickey's New Car is a 1999 cartoon starring Mickey Mouse from Mickey Mouse Works. It was first shown during the premiere broadcast of Winnie the Pooh: A Valentine for You and was later featured as part of the show's second episode. While driving to pick up Minnie for their date, Mickey's faithful car breaks down so he buys a new futuristic car. The new car proves to be a bigger problem than his old one. Later he goes back to get his old car but someone has already bought it. That someone turns out to be Minnie.

Pluto Runs Away is a cartoon short made by Walt Disney Television Animation. It was originally aired as part of the eighth episode of Mickey Mouse Works on June 20, 1999. When Pluto digs up Mickey's yard to bury a bone, Mickey has to discipline him. Thinking he's being treated poorly, Pluto runs away, only to bump into Pete and learn what bad treatment is really like.

Mickey's Remedy is an animated short from Mickey Mouse Works, and was replayed in House of Mouse. Donald decides to give Mickey a try in controlling his three nephews after he's fed up with their games and mischief. They take advantage of Mickey's hospitality by faking an illness, but when he sees through their ruse, Mickey has more than a few surprises up his sleeve, including the threat of "Bolvainian Brain Fever."

Futurmania is a short from House of Mouse starring Ludwig Von Drake and featuring Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, and Goofy, with cameo appearances by Minnie Mouse and Huey, Dewey and Louie. The genius Ludwig Von Drake takes Mickey, Donald and Goofy to his lab and gives them a symposium on the appliances of the future. As always, things don't always go as planned.

Mickey's Big Break is a Mickey Mouse short, that originally aired on Mickey Mouse Works. It was later included in the House of Mouse episode "Thanks to Minnie". When Donald and Mickey break a picture of Minnie and Daisy by playing football in the house, they go to extreme lengths to try to replace it.

"Mickey's Christmas Chaos" is an animated short originally aired as part of an episode of Mickey Mouse Works. It was later incorporated into the House of Mouse episode "Clarabelle's Christmas List", where it was retitled "Mickey's Christmas Crisis". Mickey gets into a Christmas decorating contest with his next-door neighbor Mortimer.

Mickey's Mountain is a Mickey Mouse animated short from Mickey Mouse Works and House of Mouse. The first person to the top of "unnamed mountain" gets to give it a name. Mickey wants to claim it in the name of Minnie, but has to race Pete to the top.

An unreleased Disney animated featurette that never got completed. The basic premise of "Swabbies" was a retread of "Stripes," the classic Bill Murray/Harold Ramis comedy. The story found our heroes, Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, and Goofy out of work, out of luck and in need of a job. They end up enlisting in the Navy and going to boot camp with Pete as their exasperated drill instructor and then meet their feminine counterparts, Minnie Mouse, Daisy Duck, and Clarabelle Cow. Once they put to sea, they encounter a submarine full of the Beagle Boys.
