Swarnavel, a migrant construction worker falls in love with Marathakam whose complicated past resurfaces to haunt them as they meet with a road accident on the roads of Kochi.

Krishnakumar, who pursues a career as a percussionist and teaches the mridangam, joins an engineering college in Kochi city. When Anjana, a fellow student, falls in love with him, his life takes a turn as her fiancé, Sudhi, attacks him out of jealousy.

Veeyen from Nowrunning wrote "SIM directed by Diphan has a message that is best suited for a 3 minute commercial, but which gets elongated beyond imagination into a two hour long humdrum drama"

The protagonist from Kerala who goes to Pondicherry and becomes very successful in life by gambling. However, he also makes enemies because of this. The story further progresses through the various incidents that happen due to gambling.
