The body of one of the club members was found at an elite paintball base near St. Petersburg. He was executed the way traitors and apostates were executed in Ancient Russia. Similar incidents are occurring on the territory of several neighboring States. And their victims are people who violated the oath they once took.

Oleg and Roman experience the latest weapons - a rifle with exceptional range and destructive power. The tests are successful, and Oleg is trying to interest the military with these weapons.

Young d'Artagnan comes to Paris to be a musketeer. There, he meets three old musketeers, members of the glorious King's Guard, but actually realizes that they are not the great fighters who he thinks they are. While joining the musketeers he is faced with the hidden plots of Cardinal Richelieu, his spy Milady de Winter, and a possible war against England.

The film is based on real events. The action takes place during one of the meetings of the Commission for Pardons. A petition from a young man, who killed two people, is being reviewed, one of whom was the son of an influential person. At the same time, in the correctional facility where he is serving his sentence, a hostage situation unfolds (another real case, supported by documentary footage included in the film). In such an environment—one of psychological pressure—the members of the Commission must make the right decision...
