Three short stories based on radio competitions, all linked by speaker Gabriel and his fiancee. Two inventors who want to patent a piston and need money, a thief who answers a phone call while robbing and a child who needs to go to Sweden for an operation are the protagonists of these stories around the radio.

Different kind of people arrives to Madrid airport. Some goes with their heads and others just landed. Fernando is a pilot who he brings a girl for his relatives. Ceferino and his wife have won a contest and will travel soon to Paraguay and they are there because they want to know the airplane. Mr. Beltran is very nervous because he returned to Spain after many years of exile.

Jorge is involved in a robbery in which a man is killed. Following the incident, decides to take refuge in his home town where two of his brothers. Once there, despite the time elapsed, the old family feuds arise again.

Mr Froilán, "Padre Pitillo", is the parish priest from a spanish town. He has a reputation for cantankerous but bellow this appeariance has a kind and humanitarian spirit.

Soledad enters a women reformatory led by modest nuns who look constantly for the welfare of their girls. These include the Sister Consolación, a humorous and cheerful nun who uses a little disconcerting methods to teach but very useful for the girls, to try to forget their past and prepare for a better future. Soledad takes confidence quickly and said she hopes a son of Fernando, a womanizing Andalusian young gentleman very attractive, which coincidentally, the Sister knows.

During the third Carlist war on Basque soil, Zalacaín, no frowns that his great enemy of the people pretend to love his sister, but he lives the reverse situation, in love with his sister.

Divided in several episodes, this film presents different stories that share the fantasy theme.

In XVII century Portugal two friends change identities so one of them can escape an unwanted marriage to Beatriz.

A good-for-nothing young man and his friend are involved in a woman's death. To escape Police and wanting a change he goes to the small country village he used to visit with his family. Yet his past will find him there.

A Spanish girl is sent to a Swiss school where she befriends an American girl. After coming back home and getting married she invites her to pay them a visit. Problems will ensue.
