Now retired from public service, Kim travels with his camera to document the post-pandemic cinematic ecosystem, visiting theaters and film festivals in Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Indonesia, and beyond, and gathering memories and concerns from filmmakers along the way. Prominent figures like Lee Chang-dong, Park Chan-wook, Bong Joon-ho, Kore-eda Hirokazu, Tsai Ming-Liang, and Garin Nugroho eagerly share their thoughts on the fate of theaters and the future of cinema. During a summer vacation, Ok-ju and Dong-ju move into their grandpa's house. While Dong-ju adapts to his new home, Ok-ju feels awkward about this new environment. Once their soon-to-be-divorced aunt also moves in, and as Ok-ju spends time with her family, the house and her grandpa start to grow on her.

Later, Man-deok raids the head developer of Deul Island to stop its exploitation, and Na-ra helps and ends up getting caught. But when a construction company charges in to clear-out the island and the islanders fall at risk of losing their homes, Hae-gap leads a strike against it and his family fall in grave danger...

Yong-hui spends the money playing with his friends, who swear they can save fish, but as time goes on, he seems less interested in saving fish.
