The stranger, Oh Gap-dong, had decided to kill himself after squandering his family's fortune and experiencing his wife's passing. The two men comfort one another and go their separate ways. Little do they know that their paths will cross once more when the ghost of A-rang appears and together they help her seek retribution for her death. Only around 4 minutes of this film still remains today as the rest is currently lost.
