Filmed live May 12th, 1995 at the Ohne Filter Studios in Baden-Baden, Germany, this concert features Roy Ayers performing his trademark blend of hot rhythm and blues, cool jazz, popular dance grooves and intricate improvisations. Ayers got his start in the 1960s New York jazz scene and has continued to influence many younger jazz and hip-hop artists. Songs include "A Wee Bit," "Searching," "No Stranger to Love," "Running Away," "Sweat Tears" and more.

In 1987, he brought out his debut album, Introducing the Hardline and was celebrated as the new prince of pop, and since then Terence Trent D'Arby has known what he owes his fans. The charismatic singer, who changed his name to Sananda Maitreya in 2001, has an impressive stage presence with catchy rhythms, funky sounds and above all his brilliant, soulful voice - a unique mixture of rock, soul, funk and gospel.

Walter Trout is a younger generation blues guitarist, who toured with Joe Tex, Big Mama Thornton, John Lee Hooker, Canned Heat and John Mayall's Bluesbreakers. This concert, from the German "Ohne Filter" series took place on June 29, 1993. Appearing with Trout was Martin Gerschwitz, James Trapp and Bernard Pershey. Special features include an interview with the producer,Artist's biography, recorded in Dolby Digital 5.1. A New Jersey native & former member of Canned Heat and John Mayall's Bluesbreakers, Walter Trout has also toured with John Lee Hooker, Big Mama Thornton, and Canned Heat. Here, he performs live in Germany on June 29, 1993. Accompanied by Martin Gerschwitz, James Trapp, and Bernard Pershey, Trout performs a set of 8 tracks including "I Can Tell," "Life in the Jungle," and "Finally Gotten Over You."
