The film tells the story of a soldier's struggle for freedom against the sultan. Hasan graduates first in his class from the Military Academy. When he returns home, he learns that his father will be executed for being a supporter of freedom. He takes revenge on the governor who ordered the execution. However, he is wounded while fleeing from the soldiers. Gypsies passing by hide Hasan and help him. Hasan and his friends will attempt to unite the scattered forces in the mountains and establish a regular army for the cause of freedom.

The film tells the story of Şaban, who is sent back to earth because his good deeds and sins are equal. Şaban's cousin Salih has come to Istanbul to buy a tractor. He visits Şaban's grave in Istanbul. At that moment, Şaban emerges from his grave. Depending on the good and bad deeds he does within a week, Şaban will go to heaven or hell. Prince Mirzotti wants to marry Serap, the daughter of bank manager Haydar. However, Serap is in love with Celal. Salih bears a strong resemblance to bank manager Haydar. Taking Haydar's place, Salih and Şaban team up to outwit Prince Morizetti and ensure that Serap marries Celal.

Çeto and Molla, who are brothers-in-law, run a tin shop. The brothers-in-law, who are in-laws, cannot get along with their mother-in-law. During a meal, they argue with their mother-in-law again. Nasreddin Hodja's son Firuz and Kadi Cafer's daughter Gulfem reunite with each other and Timurlenk's involvement in the events is narrated in a humorous way in the movie, which depicts the difficult situations that Nasreddin Hodja has faced due to Kadı Cafer and his recovery from these situations.
