Musician Sun Ping is estranged from his wife. Second daughter Yinzheng lives with Sun while eldest daughter Jinliu follows her mother. The murderer, Tam Pak-lam, is almost killed by her. In order to avenge his father's death, Tam Pak-lam sneaks into the Shi family to carry out his murderous plan.

A light-hearted comedy about a struggle between a maverick actress and her stubborn and conservative brother-in-law, which represents a debate between individualistic values and family obligations. Apparently the happy enlightenment of Li represents a triumph of the latter over the former. Li, Zhang and Lei Zhen, who plays the role of Li's husband, all showcase their distinctive personalities in their portraits of the characters.

Ostensibly a romantic comedy about mistaken identity, this film stars Kitty Ting Hao in two roles, the first as poor flower girl Fangfang and rich relation of a family in Hong Kong, who arrived in Hong Kong to see if she can feel better with the warmer climate. She meets Xihong, played by Kelly Lai Chen, who is the son in the family in Hong Kong. He is, of course, smitten with her, but when the secret is out, will he still feel the same?

The star crossed romance of Yu LiYing, an office worker at the local bottling plant, and Weiming (Kelly Lai Chen), an independently wealthy young man who likes Bonsai, has TB, and is likely to die in a few years. They meet when she is swimming with coworkers and sees him standing on a cliff above. She goes to him fearing he is going to commit suicide, then feels embarassed by the mistake. He, however, is smitten and soon they both fall for each other and marry despite his condition.

This is a brilliant Taiwanese movie adaption of "Sentimental Swordsman, Ruthless Blade." Li "Little Flying Dagger" Xunhuan comes back to his home after three years of wandering. On the wedding night, the bride orders Mo to kneel in her room and beats him hard with a cane. Not until then does Mo know his bride is actually Jin, who has been saved by Lin. At the end, Lin knows Jin still loves Mo and helps the couple reunite.

Devotion, should be grim enough a lesson for my teenager in love. The third film of ‘The Greatest' film series plays down cultural differences for an amusing cross-dressing comedy that features another great collaboration between Leung Sing-por and Liu Enjia. This time, Leung puts on omega hair and woman's clothing, posing as a rich woman in order to help his two friends get love. Liu is equally amusing, sharing the dance floor with Leung in a hilarious dance scene. Loosely based on the British play Charley's Aunt, the film is a delightful comedy on grassroots, offering a refreshing alternative to MP & GI's usual line of comedies.

Part 1 ended with Jianbai and Su Yanan among the students fleeing the invading Japanese. Part 2 follows the efforts of all four characters to participate in the war effort. Su Yanan joins the army and fights. Jianbai enlists to be near her. A-Lan becomes a nurse at a battlefront hospital and Qiuming entertains the troops. (Grace Chang, Cathay's leading musical star at the time, performs some rousing patriotic numbers in these scenes.) Jianbai is reunited with Su in the battlefield, but...

Part 1 ended with Jianbai and Su Yanan among the students fleeing the invading Japanese. Part 2 follows the efforts of all four characters to participate in the war effort. Su Yanan joins the army and fights. Jianbai enlists to be near her. A-Lan becomes a nurse at a battlefront hospital and Qiuming entertains the troops.
