Mel Collins

Alchemy is a double live album originally released in 1984 with an accompanying VHS, now released on DVD and Blu-ray for the first time. Recorded on 23rd July 1983 at the Hammersmith Odeon, London.

The film explores the “acute suffering” and transcendent glory experienced by current and former members of King Crimson, allowing the audience an intimate and sometimes uncomfortable insight into the musicians’ experience as they confront life and death head on in the world’s most demanding rock band.

Heaven & Earth is the seventh box set in a series which will, when complete, cover all periods of King Crimson activity from 1969 to the present era.  Blu-Ray video contains Europe 2000 - The Bootleg TV tour, which features around 10 hours of audio/video mostly never seen/heard since the concerts with versions of selected songs and improvs (usually two per night of each) from almost every show. Includes footage and music from 20 performances.

The concert was recorded during King Crimson's 2015 tours of Japan, Canada and France, mostly in Takamatsu, Japan. The material performed is mostly from the 1969–1974 period, and most had not been performed live since the 1970s, although the songs were rearranged to suit the current line-up. Also included are some pieces from 1995 and onward, alongside new material. The title is derived from a song of the same name that the band had been playing in concert.

DVD containing two concerts from the British Prog band, captured in 1976 and 1977. Camel Live in Concert at the Hammersmith Odeon, April 14, 1976: This long-lost recording was finally recovered in 2006. With the original lineup of Andrew Latimer, Doug Ferguson, the late Peter Bardens and Andy Ward, this recording was made during the promotion of Camel's 1976 album Moonmadness. Pink Floyd founder member and keyboard player Richard Wright’s debut solo album, Wet Dream, reissued on Blu-ray with Dolby Atmos, 5.1 and new stereo mixes by Steven Wilson, along with the original stereo mix. Upon rediscovering this record, it becomes hugely apparent how much of Richard’s DNA runs through Pink Floyd. His distinct rhythm patterns, song structure and style of play exudes throughout, shining a light on his unique talent and influence on modern music.
